Our Terms and Conditions

We are a privately run independent agency, specialising in the recruitment of both Temporary and Permanent accountancy staff. We have been established since 1974, are full members of REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) and pride ourselves in offering a high quality personal service to both clients and candidates. All candidates are interviewed and assessed by one of our experienced consultants prior to registration and we make NO CHARGE until an introduction and subsequent engagement has been effected.

Introductory Fees for permanent staff are as follows:

15%      for salaries           £0  - £19,999 pa

17.50% for salaries           £20,000 pa and above

VAT will be charged in addition to the fee.

Motor cars provided to candidates introduced will be assessed at remuneration of the rate of £2,000 pa + VAT.                                      

Refund of Fees:

Should an engagement terminate for any reason within four weeks of commencement, the FULL FEE will be refunded.

After eight weeks, no refund of fees available.

These refund provisions apply strictly on the basis that we are informed in writing of termination of an engagement and that our full ‘Terms of Business’ are strictly adhered to. A copy of these can be sent on request.

At our offices we also offer private interviewing facilities, can advise and assist with compilation, design and targeting of recruitment advertising, provide a full and confidential screening service and would be pleased to give you the benefit of our local market knowledge, with regard to specific vacancies, salary levels, etc.
