JOB DESCRIPTION

Housing group with regional offices based in Eastcote

seeks a PQ ACA, ACCA or CIMA  to provide strong

financial support to the business, both regionally and

centrally.  Preparation of management accounts and

 financial analysis, budgetary control etc., for the

region, plus provide financial support for operational

staff.

You will be experienced in working with a management

accounting team, have good understanding of  general

accounting standards,  have excellent communication

skills plus ability to explore financial issues with

non finance staff.

Supported by 1 Regional Finance Assistant.  Must

 have access to a car and willingness to travel to

 local/regional offices when required.
