START DATE September 2010 JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is an independent co-educational schoolbased in Ealing and they seek to recruit an office administration clerk for the junior school. The duties will include passing invoices for payment, preparing school registers, handling enquiries from staff and parents, updating databases (Word, Excel etc.,), filing, photocopying, mail shots plus many other ad hoc tasks as part of a busy administration team. Good command of both oral and written English plus keyboard/typing (min 25 wpm) skills a must. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 GCSE passes and be prepared to work 10 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
